Please note Venison for Pets does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. We retain proof of postage for each order, a copy of which is available on request.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, this is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected.
