All our products are priced in UK pounds sterling. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and Visa Debit as well as payment using your PayPal account.
Standard Delivery is via a choice of either Royal Mail 2nd Class / Standard Parcels or 1st Class to the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) and your purchase will usually be dispatched within one working day. The postage cost will be calculated according to the total weight of your order and as such will vary from product to product.
When you place an order you will receive confirmation via email. You will also receive confirmation of your order being despatched. All products displayed on the Venison for Pets website are subject to availability and we will offer you alternatives if your chosen product is unavailable. If you change your mind about your purchase you can send it back to us within 14 days and receive a full refund (excluding original delivery costs). You must notify us that you wish to return an item before sending it back, click here for our contact details. Your purchase must be in its original unopened packaging. You will have to pay for the return postage and your debit/credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your purchase back. If your item does not meet the high standard you would expect, or you have been sent the wrong item, we will refund all postage and packaging costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
